Near Trowbridge, just off the A350 Westbury to Melksham road about 1km east from the West Ashton traffic lights. The site entrance is at the end of a short tarmac track, opposite Long’s Park Castle Lodge
Please take care pulling off/onto the A350 as the road can be very busy and drive SLOWLY along the track.”
From Melksham: Take the A350 towards Westbury. Once past the Stoney Gutter traffic lights for Steeple Ashton and Hilperton, go past the entrance to a farm until you see a lay-by on the right with a small cafe. Our turning is on the right just past the cafe and opposite “Longs Castle”, a crenelated lodge with a large blue bin beside the road.
If you reach the traffic lights at West Ashton, you will have passed us!
From Trowbridge: At County Way (Tesco), take the West Ashton Road, turn left at the lights onto the A350 towards Melksham and Devizes. The site is the first entrance on the left by some tall trees and opposite a large blue bin.
This is can be a dangerous stretch of road so please take care, slow down and indicate early.
